A very unusual apple from Tasmania and bred from the Huonville Crab. Purple/pink spring blossoms are followed by purplish-green leaves and stems and loads of small-medium sized red skinned fruit. The flesh is pink on the inside and white around the core. A sweet and tasty apple great for eating fresh, juicing or making cider – both of which are pink!
